Biography

Kadaysha Little is multifaceted artist and communications professional. While arning her degree from Thomas Jefferson University in 2024, she gained numerous skills such as photo and video editing, audio and visual content creation, advocacy and professional writing. Kadaysha is an excited and enthusiastic creative, with plans in producing meaningful media including visual, written, and audio media styles.

 

She loves the art of storytelling through different mediums. Kadaysha enjoys communicating or assisting in communicating culture, feelings, and experiences. Her passion remains in storytelling and connection.

Currently, Kadaysha is a fellow with the South Jersey Emerging Journalist Project, where she will develop her skills as a reporter and journalist. Last year, she served at Casa de Esperanza, a Houston based Foster Care facility. There, she advocated and cared for children ages six and under.  Additionally, last year Kadaysha had the privilege of being a part of Essence Festival 2025 in New Orleans, working diligently on the artist relations team. While working at the festival, she coordinated accommodations and transportation for talent, handled communication on their behalf, and aided with hospitality.

While in college, Kadaysha worked as an intern for both Thomas Jefferson University and Phillipsburg Area Summer Youth Theater. The internships required her to establish and develop a brand identity, carefully organize events, and create content for all social media platforms. All of these professional experiences have molded her into the young professional she is today. Her previous work has involved skills such as good interpersonal communication, excellent problem solving skills and radical empathy.

Kadaysha is currently based in the South New Jersey and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. She keeps a balanced schedule of creativity and art, professional development and personal care. After growing up in a small, rural town in northern New Jersey, Kadaysha prioritizes traveling and exploring new cities.
