
Biography
Kadaysha Little is multifaceted communications professional, earning her degree from Thomas Jefferson University. in 2024. While studying at Thomas Jefferson University, she gained numerous skills such as photo and video editing, audio and visual content creation, advocacy and professional writing. Kadaysha is an excited and enthusiastic creative.

She loves the art of storytelling through different mediums. Kadaysha enjoys communicating or assisting in communicating culture, feelings, and experiences. Her passion remains in storytelling and connection.

Kadaysha has worked in numerous environments. In Houston, Texas she served at a foster care facility. There, she advocated and cared for children ages six and under. Her previous work has involved skills such as good interpersonal communication, excellent problem solving skills and radical empathy. Kadaysha has worked as a Communication and Media Studies Intern for Thomas Jefferson University. There she created and developed a brand identity for Thomas Jefferson University Communication and Media Studies Program, carefully organized events and agendas, content created for all social media platforms associated with Thomas Jefferson University Communication and Media Studies Program. Additionally, Kadaysha has interned as a social media content creator at Phillipsburg Area Summer Youth Theater. There, she developed skills in social media auditing, growth-motivated creation, and event planning. From that experience, Kadaysha has learned to understand niche audiences and cater to an organization or company’s brand.

Kadaysha is currently based in Philadelphia, PA. After growing up in a small, rural town in northern New Jersey, Kadaysha now prioritizes traveling and exploring new cities. Kadaysha plans to expand her professional career in producing meaningful media including visual, written, and audio art styles.
